I travel to all my clients for their convenience anywhere in the San Francisco area. Here are your options for training locations!

Options:

  2. In the comfort of your home

  3. A beautiful scenic location in the amazing city of San Francisco

What’s included in sessions:

  • Warm-up - jump rope and/or shadow boxing

  • Stretching

  • Learning various techniques in the arts of Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, and American Boxing

  • Technique drilling

  • Three to five 3-minute rounds on the pads and/or mitts working combos

  • Sparring (optional)

Equipment Required

  • Boxing Gloves (size 14oz or 16oz is best for maximum protection)

  • Muay Thai shinguards (for partner drills and sparring, which is optional)

  • 180 inch handwraps

  • Athletic shoes for training outdoors
