What’s included in sessions:
Warm-up - jump rope and/or shadow boxing
Stretching
Learning various techniques in the arts of Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, and American Boxing
Technique drilling
Three to five 3-minute rounds on the pads and/or mitts working combos
Sparring (optional)
Equipment Required
Boxing Gloves (size 14oz or 16oz is best for maximum protection)
Muay Thai shinguards (for partner drills and sparring, which is optional)
180 inch handwraps
Athletic shoes for training outdoors
